Prices are the last Item Shop price we recorded, or the typical price for the item's rarity. Battle Pass, Crew and promotional items can't be bought, so they don't count.
How to work out how many V-Bucks you need
Add up the prices of the items you want and take away the V-Bucks you already have. That sounds simple, but two things make it fiddly: you have to know each item's price, and V-Bucks only come in fixed packs, so the cheapest way to cover a shortfall isn't always obvious. This wishlist calculator does both.
- Each item's price is the last price we recorded when it was sold on its own in the Item Shop. If we've never seen it sold alone, we use the typical price for its rarity: 800 V-Bucks for an Uncommon outfit, 1,200 for Rare, 1,500 for Epic and 2,000 for Legendary.
- The shortfall is the total minus your balance.
- The cheapest packs come from trying every combination of the current V-Bucks packs and keeping the one that covers the shortfall for the least money, in the currency you pick at the top of the page.
V-Bucks needed = wishlist total − V-Bucks you have
Tips for spending fewer V-Bucks
- Wait for the item. Items can only be bought while they're in the Item Shop. Those marked In the shop today are on sale now; check today's Item Shop for the rest.
- Look for bundles. A bundle often costs less than buying its items one by one. Enter a bundle price in the "Bundles or other prices" box.
- Don't over-buy. Bigger packs are cheaper per V-Buck (the 12,500 pack is the best rate), but a big pack for a small shortfall leaves V-Bucks you may never use.
- Earn some back. Finishing a Battle Pass gives back the V-Bucks it cost. See the Battle Pass value calculator.
